A great thing about New York is there are so many health conscious places to eat, the downside is, they often come at a price. I don’t know about you but a $20 lunch is a little cray. So all in favor of not having to sacrifice health for cheap prices, say “I” and check out some budget friendly lunch options! Dig Inn With 5 locations in the city, Dig Inn has quickly democratized the farm-to-table movement by offering ridiculously good food at a reasonable price. Many of their ingredients are sourced locally to ensure freshness and the best tasting food possible. Charlie Bird So Much More Than Good Food

A hip and trendy vibe plus Italian driven cuisine with a twist.  Accompanied with al fresco dining on a crisp fall night- what more could we ask for? Charlie Bird, a super chic restaurant located in the northwest corner of Soho, is certainly a spot that you need to know. The ambiance of this place has a way of its own; upscale without being pretentious, modern atmosphere with a somewhat rustic feel. And the music- oh man, the music. The most chill mix of old school and new hip hop, from 90’s Jay-Z to Jhene Aiko. Service is crucial when it comes to a restaurant experience, and Charlie Bird seems to be very aware of that. Our waitress was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Sparkling and tap water served in jugs from the get-go, a very nice touch. The only thing I would’ve changed was the somewhat extended wait time between salad and our main course- but that’s probably due to my impatient excitement for the next dish.
