Why I’m a grown woman that can still not successfully paint her own nails alludes me. I must have not gotten enough mother-daughter nail painting sessions or something. Thanks Mom. I always end up with the dreaded sheet-imprinted nails and my left hand always looks better than my right. Hey, you win some, you lose some. I may never be able to paint my nails without them looking like I painted them on .5 hours of sleep, but you you know what, that’s ok, I found Minx Nails, my gift from Heaven, seriously though. I wish I would have had these like 10 years ago. It’s a super easy nail wrap that you apply with heat. First you apply heat to the Minx, you can either rub to warm or use their ‘Minx Heat,” apply the heated Minx to your nail with the rounded end close to the cuticle, then use an orangewood stick to press Minx on your nail around the edges to adhere and smooth out any air bubbles, fold the Minx over the edge of your nail and use a file to remove excess, lastly apply pressure to ensure adhesion, and Voila! Super easy and chic. They’re pretty cheap too! One pack is $15.99 and includes 22 wraps, which equals out to about 2-3 applications, and lasts around 2 weeks. Minx nails has over 300 different nail designs from floral prints to flags, but some can get a little tacky so uh, use your judgment but they’re amazing. In my experience the solids can get banged up pretty quickly but the prints are long lasting. I might just never open up a another bottle of nail polish again.
Let me know what you think!
