It is very rare that someone is 100% happy with their job, but if the bad significantly outweighs the good and you can’t stop thinking about your dream job, then it may be time to move on. You lack motivation – I’m talking not wanting to get out of bed (pretty much near impossible) lack of motivation. Your side hustle is interfering with your day job. One of your biggest fears is looking back and regretting not following your dreams. You feel like you are not living your best life. You are ready to take a risk. You have ZERO desire to “move up the ranks” to a better/bigger position. You feel like you are settling. Remaining in your position won’t get you any closer to your dream job. You are wayyy too comfortable.

It’s like clockwork, as soon as the flowers begin blooming and that soft spring breeze hits us, we robotically feel we need an entirely new wardrobe, preferably sponsored by one of those “Win $1,000 New Wardrobe” sweepstakes. And since we haven’t yet been lucky enough to win one of those, before we know it, our shopping bags are filled to the brim with crochet crop tops and teeny weeny distressed denim shorts, none of which ever seem to make it on the “Work Appropriate” list.
